Dr. Harris began his veterinary career at Smoketown Veterinary Hospital in 1984.  He has enjoyed over twenty years of mixed practice, treating farm animals, pets, and reptiles.  More recently, he practices small animal medicine exclusively at three of Smoketown’s four locations.

Dr. Harris and his wife, Jean, have a daughter in the pre-veterinary program at Penn State and two sons actively involved in gymnastics.  Dr. Harris has an artistic flair and enjoys painting in his free time.
